Afmo-Arbeitsgemeinschaft freier Molkereiprodukten-Großhändler eG is a cooperative of independent dairy-product wholesalers providing joint purchasing and financial member services. Our services include:

• Central settlement and del credere (payment guarantee) between members and suppliers
• Joint purchasing and negotiation of conditions
• Trade fairs and industry networking
• Regional product-range programmes
• Liquidity and financing solutions for members
• Consulting and support on conditions and cooperation

We take great care to ensure the accuracy, security and timeliness of our settlement and member services.

• The correctness of settlement also depends on complete and accurate data provided by members and suppliers
• Statutory deadlines and banking requirements may affect processing times
• Specific service levels, deadlines and responsibilities are set out in the individual membership agreement

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. The scope and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement.

Your first consultation with AFMO is free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed with our services. During the consultation, we will:

• Discuss your business needs and current situation
• Explain the cooperative services we offer
• Outline any fees that would apply if you decide to proceed
• Answer your questions about membership and onboarding

If you choose to engage our services, we will provide you with a clear fee schedule and a formal membership agreement before any fees are charged.

The first consultation is free. Fees for our settlement and related services depend on the scope, volume and complexity of your requirements. All fees will be explained clearly and transparently before you decide to proceed, and you will receive a written agreement.

AFMO provides settlement and member services with due professional care based on the information and data you provide. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, but we do not guarantee:

• The correctness of data supplied by members or third parties
• Outcomes that depend on decisions or deadlines of suppliers or banks

Our liability is governed by the individual membership agreement and applicable law. AFMO shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or incorrect data provided by members, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business, personal and financial information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To service providers and partners bound by confidentiality obligations
• When required by law or regulation

These Terms of Service are governed by German law. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of AFMO in Germany.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified to existing members. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
